The African Continent Royal Kingdoms Federation

AKF-IHF Financial Support 1981-2009

The African Continent Federation of African Royal Kingdoms has thus far relied solely on its own internal available liquid assets to design and initiated by the Kingdoms this 25 years ongoing step by step Agenda. With purpose towards laying the internal framework and internal unified structure within the Kingdoms to address, the Development of the Trans-African Nations Rural and Urban Regions Infra-structure as the most critical need on the Kingdoms African Nations Development Agenda, towards the eradication of poverty within Africa. In the 25 years of working step by step firstly to formulate the design-framework and to form the necessary organisation, to support Africa’s massive numbers of Kingdoms of the Continents Nations people, the Kingdoms have internal, and through the international offices of the Kingdoms financed all necessary financial matters that was met.

The actual Financial Structure set up by the Kingdoms to address the Development Agenda is the Federation Kingdoms internal collective Natural Resources, and planned expansion of Investments and Commerce, within the Kingdoms regions with the formation of Investment and Commercial hamlets and Industrial regions, to accommodate International Investors.

In 2007 the Kingdoms completed its portfolio of necessary internal-restructuring and internal and external expansion of the seven year process of establishing internally and internationally a Network of Kingdom owned NGOs, to address specific Portfolios of the Kingdoms Development Agenda.

Simultaneously addressing the internal Kingdoms Governmental re-structuring to address in Unity the Agenda for Africa, with the African Internal and International Community.

The Kingdoms Federations and its NGOs, has never received, any direct external Funding from other NGOs Organisations or Governments, Nationally, African Continentally or Internationally, until Libya in 2007-2008 hosting of the Federation Summit, and USA support in 2009 and ongoing.
We as a Federation, as Kingdoms, Kingdoms Government and our Kingdoms NGOs, are independent from any internal National or International debts. We as a Kingdoms Federation, as Kingdoms NGOs and Kingdoms Government has in the pass decade neither requested nor have we received external support to financed needed feasibilities studies, and Financing of National Governmental and/or National State Governmental Projects, activated by the Kingdoms NGOs for Trans-African National Governments Development Agenda. All our activities has been internally financed by the Federation and Federation Members towards the facilitation of the Federation activities, until March 2007 IHF-NIT Alliance Partnership.

In 2007 the Kingdoms NGO IHF-Africa signed its first working Alliance with NIT Holdings that established the needed financial collateral towards the first stage initial activation of the Kingdoms Development Agenda step by step goal, which is still in process. This Alliance after an over 22 years friendship between HIM the Imperial Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III and American China NIT Holdings CFO Mr. Perry Nolan Hammer. This Alliance through the support of NIT Hong Kong afforded the Federation the necessary Financial artery to address the Trans-African Nations Development Agenda large-Scale National and
Trans-National Projects: Railways, Roads, Industry and Commerce in its entirety, with the first funding towards that goal being released to the Federation towards projects in 2007, as well. Major problems arose due to the lack of facilities in Africa to work with many major international monetary notes, bonds and other such instruments. All funds had to be sent back to Europe to be Bank, which totalled a sum of 655 Million USD from NIT, exclusively for the Project VII Phoenix Trans-African Nations major large-scale infra-structural Projects Agenda, it does not address Operational Capital which is the least that we can do, with such support from our Federation Alliance Partnership.

Our aim is to establish with the Financial support, the necessary planned Financial Institutions towards building the necessary Finances to access our own Resources to build the needed Capital to address step by step the Development Agenda needs, with the Internal and International NGOs and International Communities, whose Agenda is specifically that of the Trans-African Nations Infra-Structure Development as the Primary focus.

The African Kingdoms Federation 2008-2010 Agenda objectives is to expand on NGOs working Alliances, Trade and Commercial Working Alliances and Industrial Working Alliance to step by step building the internal Commercial Economy, to bridge our Nations Peoples needs whilst the primary Infra-structure Agenda is in process, and towards the building of the Commercial Infra-structure of the Long-Term Development Agenda.

The African Kingdoms most precious of Resources are the People and Lands of the African Kingdoms and Nations. The Economical, Commercial and Social Survival of our People by the Development of the African Continent our purpose, it is there future. Our on-ground Resources are of critical human survival importance as so our in-ground Resources that are of unimaginable wealth, a wealth that must be tapped to serve the Continents most precious of all assets, all the People of Africa.

The Kingdoms Development Agenda is an Agenda that covers all of Africa, both Kingdoms and National Nations, both the Kingdoms Development Agenda and the National Development Agenda needs of the Nations of Africa, with the People and the burdened Governments of Africa, for they too are our People of our Nations and a part of the family of Africa. We are united in one fight, that of the eradication of poverty and the ceaseless dependency of the African Continent, with an ultimate goal, that of an Africa, that can function independently as an Economical vibrant and stable growing Economy for the People and Nations of Africa, and as co-equal participants within the Global Valley we all share, called Earth, that is the call of the drums of the ancestors and Kingdoms of Africa and that call we must answer.
