By order and commission of the Imperial Matriarch on behalf of the Matriarchal throne it was formalised and financed totally by Her Imperial Majesty's directive to HM Internal Cabinet from Africa and outside, and commissioned under responsibility to the Imperial Matriarchal throne to Nubia-Sheba family lines Mende House His Royal Highness Crown Prince Diomande.

Together with TRACOS(Supreme Assembly of Thrones) Royal African Kingdoms Sovereigns Heads, together with the East, West, North, South and Central-African Kingdoms of the African Continents Royal Kingdoms Federation, Chambers of African Kingdoms Heads and Nations to be official established. And so the IHF was formed in 2002, expanded in 2004 and internationally in 2007, 2008 by Her Imperial Majesty H.I.M Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III and the operandi legal status of the African Kingdoms Federation, that is an independent Federation of 100 of years by the internal Kingdoms of Africa. .

This status quo equally in the mid-1990s was changed by the Imperial Matriarchal Throne to step by step a coming out from its strict internal inter-kingdoms only diplomatic to a more political opened Federation to better address the needs of the Kingdoms and Tribes under the African Kingdoms and Nations responsibility.

Thus from its establishment origin, the Imperial House Foundations founder is its Chairman/CEO H.I.M Imperial Empress Shebah ‘Ra - Queen Shebah III and by appointment decree commissioned to be formalised on behalf of the Imperial Matriarchal Throne the the Sovereign Imperial Head of the African Kingdoms Federation the Queen of Sheba, to the Imperial Matriarch's throne Head of Protocol at that time His Royal Highness Crown Prince Diomande, whom was later appointed under its founder Chairman/CEO and AKF Head, as the First President of the IHF which was formed 10 years ago.

IHF-Arc Order of Asere open-door 2010-2011 expansion trial:I

n November 2010 the IHF took a daring and unusual move as an experiment to have form an international branch link to the IHF support community, from supporters of Her Imperial Majesty that had shown interest to participate actively with the promotions of the IHF in their respective home nations and as well on the worlds social forums on the Internet, as a pre-Project VII Phoenix Launch 2012 activation. In order to facilitate that, the Imperial Matriarch expanded the Africa internal Royal House Order of Nubia-Sheba dynastic Order, and removed a part of the restrictions for the expanded international arm in order to facilitate its quick expansion, in time for 2012 launch. This with the planning to expand the IHF supporting Arc of Nubia Royal Chapters internationally. As such the protocol of merit was for that unique occasion Ad Hoc by the Imperial Throne revised to accommodate this trial project, opening the doors to people worldwide and via the worlds so-coal forum.

From the over 30 that were nominated and appointed with strict rules that:

1. They must actively support and promote the humanitarian agenda of the AKF-IHF Project VII Phoenix-PVIIP

2. They must respect the project and purpose for all humanity and the importance of this project for the stabilisation of and positive growth of global employment with its activation simultaneously within the 54 African Continents Nations, and the relevance of that for the decades of ongoing, goods services and all such that will have a positive effect within their own regions, by facilitating employment within to address the agenda needs in Africa with the African local business through the AKF, for the IHF agenda facilitation.

3. No authority was as well given to in any form of commercial business in any-form. No contributions, donations or shares in any-form for any purpose were asked as a strict AKF protocol in and outside of Africa, for all AKF entities and no AKF-IHF-FOS international representatives without written Cabinet permission are authorise to sign, or agree to any contracts or agreements, sell shares of anything involving AKF or IHF in or outside of Africa, or any form of business, all of which are strictly under the jurisdiction of the Throne First Cabinet and Imperial Office Secretariats to authorise.

An international board from the senior appointed members, was put in place with the appointment of a IHF-Arc Intl. President Vice President and such from within the Order of Asere, this under the IHF mother NGO and IHF Cabinet in Africa. They must actively participate firstly by studying all and promoting the IHF sites, on-line pages, and Kingdoms information, in order to build awareness, and once they showed true interest and during 5 years their Ad Hoc appointment to the Asere Order by Merit granted by the Throne, would be permanently sealed in the 5th year, by Africa, in honour or their service and sacrifice to support PVIIP in service to the Throne, and will form as Order Members a permanent part of the Internal Court of the Order of Asere. Within the first 6 months of the first year more than the half was release or left after receiving appointment titles to the Order of Asere, and by the end of 2011 only 10 persevering ones were left standing, those of 2 in the USA, Canada, Norway, Sweden, Venezuela and further Caricom too name a few, having fulfilled the Order appointment first year protocols. And, by accordance to the appointment protocol all appointments, titles in the Order of Asere and privileges automatically was nullified and made void by the Imperial throne, upon leaving active participation in the Order upon appointment.

In adequacy to respect and fulfill the rules and regulations revise and lightened to accommodate the expanded membership, and removal of titles, appointments and Court recognition privileges, lead to a backlash and attack of the Throne Imperial Matriarch and Federation in mid-2011 from former members and dis-satisfied members of the strict protocols and ability to address the responsibilities that was placed as Ad Hoc recognition by the Order, which was unfair, incorrect and unfortunate. Thus that daring experiment we have learnt much from, so appreciated in terms of the needs and areas needed to address with any such in the further.

Further the IHF Development agenda address is expansive and relevant to the entire Southern World and of the utmost importance to the rest of the world economical stability with expansion needs for jobs, goods, and service needs for and in over 54 of some of the largest countries and as a collective one of the worlds largest Continent of a massive over 1.1 plus Billion population

2004 - was formally incorporated holding the Certificate of Incorporation No G-14, 203 under the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) under the provisions of Certificate to Commence Business in accordance with the provision of Section 27 and 28 of the Companies Code 1963 as a Non-Governmental Organisation Serving the African Kingdoms Nations and 53 Trans-African Continental Nations. 2004/5- Expanded internationally with the opening of the Kingdoms 2nd NGO Foundation the Imperial House Foundation - USA. Registered to Oakland County and Licensed to work in 51 USA States and Worldwide, as a United States of America NGO.

2007- The Kingdom Federation formed the Imperial House - Ivory Coast (IH-IC) registered under the respective Governmental authorities of Ivory Coast to address the formation of all necessary Divisions and Entities eg. Development Banks, IHF Development Agenda Construction entities, Energy Plants, and so forth, for the Physical Execution of the African Kingdoms Trans-African Nations Development Agenda in Collaboration with the Trans-African Nations Governments.
