The African Kingdom Federation in October 2009 Launched Project VII Phoenix developed, designed and formulate by H.I.M Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III with purpose to address the eradication of Poverty and Dependency towards global Unity and Peace, with the implementation of the Federation Project VII Phoenix Program. In 2011 the Federation expanded this goal with the formation by strengthen of alliance with ancestral related alliance thrones outside of Africa and as well within the Southern World forming the dual Federation FOS - Federation Of the South. This to be implemented within Africa as the African Nations Rural and Urban Regions development agenda and with that, simultaneously duplicated throughout the Southern World, through the support of the dual Federation Chapters, WORLDWIDE, towards the eradication of poverty, and the support and stabilisation of the World global community, to cut drastically the world's growing unemployment levels and rocky economies.

To explain what it is about in brief: The economy of the global developed Nations fell badly again during 2009-2010. As a result throughout those regions millions of people have suffered greatly within all sectors of the community, including losing homes, jobs, 1000s of small medium and large business closed, and a growth in unemployment yet today. Throughout the Southern World, the effect was equally felt. Alongside this all security in terms of way of life and jobs are no longer as it was before, with more and some jobs insecurity. Is there a solution, Yes.Before we explain the how, let us review further. Within the Southern World the picture is no different just far longer a growing problem. Africa the riches continent yet the amongst the very poorest economy global Trade fell in the last 10 plus years from 6.6% valued at about 33 Billion USD to under 2% at present time and dropping.

In most cases within Africa investment is through third party financiers most with no direct African links, it is solely profit. Our Purpose through the ARC is two-fold bringing people together as a Global Nation, and activating that nation to address as interactive investor partners PROJECT VII Phoenix.

There are approximately 1.1 Billion People in Africa (All Rural Regions not counted), and a approximate figure outside of the African Diaspora that is comparative, as well over 3 Billion throughout the rest of the Southern World, otherwise since the cold-war referred to as coined, the Southern World, which covers the greater part of the Earths population. WE of the Southern World Federations need 600 Million to get this project of the ground ourselves, within the Southern World.

With the now INCLUSION of RURAL Regions and the Federations Kingdoms and Nations actively in this project we expect in the first 5 years an increase from -2% to a figure of 5 - 10 % globally and rising as projects progress.

Arc of Nubia Royal Chapters Purpose: .

The Chapters operates as localise Royal Offices Missions under the leadership of Federations Arc of Nubia Community members. To further support the active on-ground development the long-term development needs of the Southern World, means the long-term supplies of goods and services in all thinkable sectors, as such works effectively towards market stabilisation. The growth of small, medium and large business world-wide to facilitate the agenda Development needs Localised global Communities support - A percentage net of the trade from the respective Nation and community localised goes to the Arc of Nubia Chapters towards operations capital and localised development and support projects within their global region.
