Welcome to the African Kingdoms Nations Federation – NGOs - IMPERIAL HOUSE FOUNDATIONS, website. It is our honour to take this opportunity to introduce you to our African Kingdom Federations Nations NGOs, and invite you to explore our Imperial House Foundations - IH/CI Foundation Official website.

The Imperial House Foundations - IHF, IH-CI Royal House Foundations are Non-Governmental International Organisations of the African Continent Royal Kingdoms Federation. The African Kingdoms Foundations primary purpose is to work towards the goal of the eradication of Poverty on the African Continent, through Internal Development. Hand in hand with all Governmental and Non-Governmental African and International Organisations, that strives towards the self-same goal of eradication of poverty, and its trademark suffering of Humanity of Economically Poor Nations and States.

This through strategic Development of the Internal Infra-structure, of these said Nations, Countries and Continent; of the referenced termed 3^rd World Nations

Formerly:

The African Kingdoms (3) NGO Foundations: Imperial House Foundation – Africa, Imperial House Foundation – USA and Imperial House – CI was formally established in 2002, 2004, and 2007 respectively. The Foundations further expanded internationally during 2002 – 2007 appointing USA and European Commissioners and establishing Private Secretariats of the Imperial House Foundations within Europe. The Federation Royal African Kingdoms Imperial House Foundation is unique. For it represents the Royal Sovereigns Heads of the Kingdoms of the Nations of the Tribes of the Continent of Africa.

The Kingdoms Sovereign Boards of TRAKIHF, later renamed Federation Supreme Assembly comprises of Imperial Head of the African Imperial Kingdom lines H.I.M the Imperial Empress Shebah ‘RA - Queen Shebah III, HIM Prime Minister and Federation Government and the Imperial-Royal Nubian-Kushite Sheba Nations descendent Imperial and Royal Sovereign Kingdoms Lines Kings and Queens Sovereign Kingdom leadership covering all the African Imperial, Imperial-Royal, Royal Kingdoms and Chiefdoms of yesterday and today of Africa.

In October 2008 the Foundation Chairman reformed the Foundations leadership boards and internal-infrastructure to address internal changes placing all matters of the Federation Development Agenda, NGOs, International Offices, Secretariats and otherwise solely under the control and authority of one primary Foundation: Imperial House Foundations - Africa.

Manifest which is Registered and Formally Lodged at the Office of the Ghana Government Registrar addressed to Victoria Ghana and African Kingdoms Federation Central Government Prime Ministers Office.

The IHF was formed in 2002 initiated by Their Majesties:- Her Imperial Majesty Empress Shebah ‘Ra our Sovereign Imperial Empress of the African Imperial Kingdom that encompasses the African Imperial and Royal Kingdoms and His Royal Highness Crown Diomande of the Imperial Kingdoms Lines together with the Imperial and Royal African Kingdoms Sovereigns Heads, together with the East, West, North, South and Central-African Kingdoms: African Continents Royal Kingdoms Federation and Chambers of African Kingdoms Heads and Nations, after decades of working internally towards the Trans-African Development Agenda for the African Continent.

2002 - Formally registered under the Registrar of Companies of the Republic of Ghana under the Companies Code 1963 registered as No 0061296 with registered address to 45 Spintex Rd, .P.O Box: 11115 Accra- North Ghana.

2004 - was formally incorporated holding the Certificate of Incorporation No G-14, 203 under the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) under the provisions of Certificate to Commence Business in accordance with the provision of Section 27 and 28 of the Companies Code 1963 as a Non-Governmental Organisation Serving the African Kingdoms Nations and 53 Trans-African Continental Nations. 2004/5 - Expanded internationally with the opening of the Kingdoms 2nd NGO Foundation the Imperial House Foundation - USA. Registered to Oakland County and Licensed to work in 51 USA States and Worldwide, as a United States of America NGO.

2006 - Finalisation of over 2 decades research and planning design and formulation of the Imperial Empress Decree 10th March, 2006 - Trans-African Nations Rural and Urban Regions Development Agenda, which was formally presented by special envoys on behalf of the Imperial Matriarch HIM the Imperial Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah lll to then Federation Head of Protocol HRH Prince Diomande for presentation to the USA Governments and ECOWAS representatives, and in 2007 a part of the Decree 10th March, 2006 protocol was presented to the Libyan Government for presentation to the Libyan Leader who was in support of the Imperial Matriarch and Federation NGOs activities.

2007 - The Kingdom Federation formed the Imperial House - Ivory Coast (IH-IC) registered under the respective Governmental authorithies of Ivory Coast to address the formation of all necessary Divisons and Entities eg. Development Banks, IHF Development Agenda Construction entities, Energy Plants, and so forth, for the Physical Execution of the African Kingdoms Trans-African Nations Development Agenda in Collaboration with the Trans-African Nations Governments.

2007 - The Kingdoms Foundations NGOs Chairman H.I.M Empress Shebah ``Ra - Queen Shebah III did the final signing to finalised the necessary Financial Empowerment to Commence with the Physical Activation of the planned IHF, IH-IC African Kingdoms Development Banks planned for 2008 and Large-Scale Short, Medium and Long-Term Development Infra-strcture Projects, with the Partnership formation of the African Kingdoms IHF-Africa with NIT-Holdings CEO/CFO Perry Nolan Hammer of the USA, with the formation of IHF-NIT Africa.

2008 - Internal Reforms expansion of Boards to include Federation Ambassadors and Cabinets Representatives towards the plan phase II launch of Decree 10th March, 2006 initial activation project, Project VII Phoenix.

2009 - Project VII Phoenix after a very turbulant period between 2007 - 2009 the Decree 10th March, 2006 - Phase II Project VII Phoenix was launched on October 29th 2006 in South Carolina USA, together with the Federation Operations Capital support Donations/Investment Program HMS Humanity, by the Federation USA Missions and affiliated NGOs and partners.

The Imperial House Foundation falls under the African Kingdoms Federation of Nubian Empire Kingdom which is the Ancestral Root Kingdom and most ancient of Kingdom Lines in Existence. The Empire descendent Kingdoms is comprised of the over 350 Major Empire Kingdoms covering over 5000 Royal Kingdoms and thousands of sub-Kingdoms or descendent Royal Kingdoms. The Empires and Royal Kingdoms Ancestral root, is of Historical and Religious renouwn, that of the Kingdom of Sheba of the Empire of Nubia.

This ancient Kingdoms lines Royal bloodline descendent Kingdom Nations today covers the African Continent as such; collectively covering the African Tribal Nations, and respective Imperial Empire, Empires, Royal Kingdoms and Chiefdoms that covers and forms Africa’s over 930 Million people throughout the 53 Countries of the African Continent. The Primary Kingdom regions thereof though covering the African Continent is respectively strongly concentrated in West Africa, Central Africa, South Africa and East Africa. The African Kingdoms Federation Royal African Kingdoms Chambers of Sovereigns (TRAKCOS) renamed the Federation Supreme Assembly Cabinet in 2007 development NGOs - Imperial House Foundations, was founded for the purpose of large-scale, National and Trans-African development support agenda within the individual African Countries in support of the Trans-African Inter-Governmental Finance and Investment development needs of the individual African Governments for the growth and economical social-commercial future of the Africa Continent.

The Imperial House Foundation have extensive capabilities and possibilities through the Kingdoms resources for African Local, National, Inter-Governmental National and Trans-African Financial support with the International Community to activate and implement the much needed African National and Trans-African Development agenda of the respective Nations towards the realisation of this purpose.

With the Criterion that it must be within the social, economical, commercial cultural and traditional terms acceptable to the African Nations throughout the African Continent.

Together with:- African Kingdom Federation Cabinets, and Ambassadors whose main purpose and objective is to build, develop and strengthen the African economy and place on the International Market, through expansion of the Trade and Commerce Programs of Project VII Phoenix. So doing, stimulating the betterment of the standard of living of the inner African Local Communities, African Local Businesses, African National and Trans-National Corporate Communities. Thus opening and expanding the National Employment opportunities in the Rural and Urban areas of the African Continent.
